Dialpad is an AI-first phone system, and monday.com is where many sales and service teams work their pipeline. Connect the two and your team can dial a lead with one click, see every call logged automatically against the right contact, and keep contact data consistent in both places.
In the app’s setup screen you will see “Connect” buttons for each platform. Authorise both. This is the step that needs Dialpad company-admin permissions.
Step 3: Enable the integration
Once both connections show green, click enable.
Step 4: Configure sync and call logging
Pick the board you want to sync from monday.com.
Map the columns between the two systems (name, phone, and any extra fields you track).
Names: the app splits full names by treating the first word as the first name and the rest as the last name. Keep this in mind if your board stores names in one column.
Turn on call logging so call tracking events display in the activity feed.
From here, click-to-call works from your board and calls start logging automatically. The full documentation has a video walkthrough and an FAQ covering the details of syncing.
Known limitations
Contact sync direction. Contacts created in monday.com sync to Dialpad; creating a contact in Dialpad does not currently create it in monday.com.
Activity attribution. Due to a monday.com platform limitation, activity entries display under the name of the user who authenticated the integration rather than the individual caller.
